At the end of the inspection, you are provided with a 6 page report highlighting any areas of concern along with a priority rating between 1 and 4. As well as offering a same day service, we can also meet you to collect keys or arrange a suitable time at the letting agent. The 6 page report is compiled using the Fast Test Software, and copies can be emailed both to you and to the tenants for your convenience.
